Are you ready to join the programmatic evolution? Here’s what you’ll be doing: Team Leadership Lead a team of highly focused and results-driven Account Managers. Mentor, coach, and develop team members, leading by example in a player-coach capacity. Support the execution of global strategies while identifying and driving regionally relevant approaches, including go-to-market priorities and deliverables. Partner closely with regional leadership and cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, Services, and Product. Ensure your team consistently delivers exceptional service across their portfolios. Drive strong performance management and build a high-performing, engaged team. Represent the business through strong executive presence and public speaking where required. Key Account Management Directly manage a portfolio of the largest and most strategic publishers across North America. Drive revenue growth through deep understanding of partner goals and long-term strategies. Own Index’s share of voice across accounts and build upsell pipelines to grow market share. Project manage end-to-end execution of strategic initiatives from onboarding through long-term partnership. Build relationships with executive, sales, and operational stakeholders. Deliver insights on market trends, industry shifts, and monetization opportunities. Communicate product roadmaps and drive adoption of new solutions. Own forecasting and revenue planning on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Partner closely with Publisher Sales and Demand teams to drive PMP and budgeted deal opportunities.

Requirements

  • 5 to 7 years in a publisher-facing role, with 2 to 3 years managing or leading client-facing teams.
  • Proven ability to manage individuals with revenue-linked KPIs tied to retention, growth, and client satisfaction.
  • 5+ years of programmatic advertising experience, ideally on the publisher side with existing relationships.
  • A goal-oriented mindset with strong commercial instincts.
  • Deep knowledge of ad tech and digital advertising ecosystems, including RTB, ad serving, media trading, and publisher business models.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
  • Strong data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Project management experience and ability to align stakeholders toward shared goals.
  • Fluency in English required.
