About The Position

Raptive is seeking a results-driven Director of Enterprise Publisher Development to lead the acquisition and growth of our largest, most strategic publisher partnerships. This role is focused on complex, enterprise-level organizations where scale, data sophistication, and long-term commercial alignment are critical to success. You will own the full lifecycle of enterprise publisher relationships, from executive-level prospecting through commercial structuring, onboarding, and long-term growth. The ideal candidate brings deep programmatic expertise, strong executive presence, and a consultative, solution-oriented sales approach. You are equally comfortable discussing yield optimization strategy, data infrastructure, and organizational change management with C-suite and senior leadership teams. You will partner closely with Marketing, Product, Strategy, Publisher Support, and Engineering, and report to the VP of Publisher Development.

Requirements

  • 6+ years in AdTech, programmatic, or SaaS sales with enterprise deal experience
  • Proven success selling to publishers or sell-side platforms
  • Established network of enterprise publisher relationships
  • Deep understanding of: Programmatic ecosystems SSPs, yield management, header bidding, and monetization strategy Data infrastructure and publisher technology stacks
  • Strong track record of exceeding revenue and growth targets
  • Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills
  • Consultative, solution-selling mindset
  • Highly collaborative with product, strategy, and technical teams
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

  • Own and close a portfolio of high-value, enterprise publisher partnerships
  • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder deal cycles involving finance, product, engineering, and executive leadership
  • Design and execute sophisticated commercial partnerships aligned to long-term publisher growth
  • Build and manage an enterprise sales pipeline from prospecting through contract execution
  • Forecast revenue, track KPIs, and maintain disciplined CRM hygiene
  • Partner with Leadership on deal modeling and business planning
  • Act as a trusted advisor to publisher C-suite and senior leadership
  • Clearly articulate Raptive’s value across monetization, infrastructure, data, and product innovation
  • Represent Raptive with confidence and credibility in executive discussions and negotiations
  • Represent Raptive at industry events, conferences, and executive forums
  • Position Raptive as the leading enterprise monetization partner for independent publishers
