About The Position

Centene is seeking a Manager, Provider Data Automation, Analysis & Audit to oversee the development of automated batch loads of provider data, all reporting and data submissions related to provider records, and the development and implementation of audit processes to ensure the accuracy of both automated batch loads and reporting. This role involves creating, validating, and producing reports for state or other reporting needs, developing reports to assure data integrity among multiple data sources, and working with accountable departments to resolve issues. The manager will also oversee audit of provider data records and provider data department staff responsible for development and implementation of automated batch data loads.

Requirements

Strong SQL experience, including writing complex queries and extracting data from multiple databases.
Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of relevant experience required.
Project management experience required.
Ability to develop system business requirements required.
3+ years of supervisory/management experience required.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Healthcare industry experience.
Experience with Portico, Amisys, CenProv.
