About The Position

The Manager-Project/Product IV provides strategic leadership and support for integrating management systems and advancing organizational effectiveness initiatives within EHSQ. The role supports EHSQ’s ability to operate as a unified system in support of Operations, strengthens strategic planning, change leadership, organizational change management, and cross-functional collaboration, and helps prepare the organization for the future.

The position supports development and implementation of the E3 Program through communications and organizational change management. It also provides change-management support for EHSQ and Environmental Department initiatives, including Environmental Management System enhancements, process improvement teams, continuous improvement efforts, digital initiatives, and process transformation. The role leads EHSQ and Environmental Department communications and manages the environmental culture strategy, roadmap, and project portfolio to promote compliance, environmental stewardship, engagement, and continuous improvement.

The position is based in Rosemead, California, with onsite work on Wednesdays and Thursdays. The stated schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The role is for a 12-month duration.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Typically, one to three years of experience coordinating or managing small- to medium-sized projects or product workstreams.
• Working knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Ability to gather requirements, support project plan development, manage schedules, track progress, and contribute to defined deliverables.
• Ability to problem-solve, anticipate issues, maintain documentation, and work effectively under moderate time constraints.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including communicating with cross-functional teams and providing status updates to different audiences.
• Strong experience in organizational change management and change leadership.
• Advanced communication skills, including executive-level messaging and organizational communications.
• Experience supporting or leading culture transformation, employee engagement, or continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong program and project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to drive cross-functional collaboration.
• High initiative, adaptability, and strategic thinking.

Nice To Haves

• Master’s degree.
• Proven ability to lead or support strategic initiatives, including planning, execution, and cross-functional alignment.
• Experience with Integrated Management Systems, Environmental Management Systems, or similar frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and support for developing and implementing Integrated Management Systems (IMS) to streamline processes, reduce risk, and improve operational consistency.
• Support EHSQ’s organizational capability to operate as a unified system in support of Operations.
• Advance EHSQ integration through strategic planning practices, change leadership, organizational change management capability, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Support development and implementation of the E3 Program through targeted communications and organizational change management.
• Provide organizational change management support for EHSQ and Environmental Department initiatives, including Environmental Management System enhancements, process improvement teams, continuous improvement efforts, digital initiatives, and process transformation.
• Lead the development, coordination, and delivery of EHSQ and Environmental Department communications.
• Manage the environmental culture strategy, roadmap, and project portfolio to strengthen compliance and environmental stewardship and inform continuous improvement efforts.
