The Card Site team in US Card is seeking a Manager level Project Manager. The Card Site team is the front door for customers shopping for and applying for credit cards with Capital One. The team is responsible for marketing the credit card products and optimizing the Site performance. To do that, the team runs hundreds of AB tests each year, while also making transformative investments in new technology to improve the customer experience and better help the tens of millions of prospective customers who visit the site find and book the right credit card. The candidate will work closely with the Card Site team and their key stakeholders and partners across the Card Business, Marketing, Technology, Platforms, Legal, Risk, and Design teams to help intake, prioritize, refine, and deliver intent to enable our collective organizational goals. The candidate needs to be skilled in managing stakeholder and customer expectations, while concurrently maintaining delivery momentum. You’ll be driving forward projects based on defined priorities; ensuring deliverables are well defined; identifying risks and issues while mitigating and/or escalating as needed; and ensuring that all parties are meeting commitments on deliverables and timelines.
