Requirements: 4-5+ years of related D2C digital marketing experience with evidence of managing a successful paid media P&L; Budget, tactics mix, and measurement Direct experience in paid search, paid social, display, video, etc. at industry-leading brands/companies – eCommerce, retail, and/or DTC preferred Strong working knowledge and proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Google AdWords, Microsoft Ads, GTM, Google Analytics, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat. Experience with streaming video media buying platforms is a plus Able to balance both creative and analytical thinking while being customer-focused in a way that aligns with our brand voice Strong data analytics and reporting skills with the ability to bubble up insights and trends in a concise, shareable manner; experience creating dashboards and reports Entrepreneurial mindset and goal-oriented (self-directed, proactive, and able to define and execute projects independently) Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines Strong sense of accountability, self-drive, and the ability to function independently while also being a strong team player and cross-functional partner Ability to communicate across various functions and support your peers to deliver on business priorities Embrace flexibility in an entrepreneurial working environment, handle ambiguity and adapt towards changing priorities. Salary (for New York only): Up to $105,000 annually based on experience and qualifications. This reflects the base salary for this position. Compensation may vary based on factors such as skills, experience, certifications, and business needs.
