About The Position

As a Project Manager on the Bank Market Strategy team, you will manage the end-to-end processes that drive our Branch, Cafe, and ATM location decisions. Physical location strategy demands a careful balancing act between rigorous analysis and qualitative judgment. In this role, your objective is to drive successful business outcomes while effectively balancing competing opportunities, capital costs, customer experience, and risk constraints. Location distribution decisions carry high visibility and require regimented risk management. You will own and manage key controls across Market Strategy to maintain compliance, ensure business continuity, and support high-impact customer experiences. Beyond managing controls, you will be empowered to optimize workflows, enable cross-team decision-making, and drive continuous process improvements. This role offers broad visibility across Market Strategy, finance, design, construction, real estate, external affairs, and risk. It is an ideal fit for a Project Manager seeking both strategy exposure and hands-on process ownership.
