Requirements

  • A degree in a technical, engineering, business, or operations-related field — or equivalent practical experience
  • A PMP, CAPM, or equivalent project management certification, or demonstrated hands-on experience that reflects the same depth of practice
  • 2–4 years managing NPI, ECN, or full release lifecycle projects in a technical environment, working across engineering and cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with Jira or comparable project tracking tools to manage tasks, workflows, and release milestones
  • Exposure to roadmap management or request intake processes, particularly in environments with high volumes of competing priorities
  • A combination of professional or educational experience (whether formal or informal) that affords you the knowledge, skills, and abilities above

Responsibilities

  • Receive, review, and research incoming feature requests and engineering initiatives submitted for roadmap consideration
  • Work directly with requestors to clarify and validate the underlying need, ensuring requests are well understood before moving forward
  • Assess and organize requests at the feature level, shaping them into clearly defined roadmap items ready for business priority evaluation — not low-level task or sprint planning
  • Brief engineering leadership on prioritized roadmap items, providing clear context on the request, submitter intent, and relevant background to support high-level effort estimation and feasibility review
  • Lead end-to-end project management of NPI and ECN initiatives, owning the full release lifecycle from initial engineering change through to market delivery
  • Coordinate and drive cross-functional workstreams to ensure all functions are aligned, prepared, and delivering against release milestones
  • Maintain a master release plan that captures dependencies, timelines, and accountabilities across all impacted teams
  • Identify and mitigate risks to release timelines or quality across any function in the release chain
  • Drive continuous improvement in NPI and ECN processes to reduce release friction, improve cross-functional efficiency, and enhance product quality at launch
  • Support and collaborate with the Solutions team manager to keep the team resourced and aligned with engineering and business goals
  • Serve as an escalation point for complex integration or customer engineering issues requiring cross-functional alignment
  • Coordinate with Product Management to groom the roadmap for 3rd-party integrations, partnerships, certifications, and drivers

  • health, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance
  • paid time-off
  • 401(k)
  • health and flexible spending accounts
