About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Manager, Project Management. This role is designed for someone who can bring order, visibility and momentum to the systems that help our employee owners do their best work. This Project Manager will focus on internal project operations, maintaining reliable project and pipeline data, strengthening reporting and resource planning, and ensuring clear follow-through on processes and meetings. This role will also coordinate how contractors and flexible resources are deployed, tracked and communicated across projects. Working closely with leaders across all business functions, this person will help translate business needs into coordinated and streamlined processes, resourcing and staffing plans. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive and comfortable connecting details across people, projects and systems.

Requirements

  • Strong operational judgment and a commitment to accurate, reliable data
  • Collaborative problem solving
  • Flexibility and comfort operating in ambiguity, adapting as business needs, project demands and priorities evolve
  • A practical, consultative approach to project and staffing operations rather than reliance on a traditional agency resourcing model
  • Systems thinking, connecting decisions across people, projects, staffing, financial considerations, processes and technology
  • Comfort working in project management, reporting capacity-planning and staffing systems
  • Proactive communication and consistent follow-through across teams
  • Ability to organize multiple priorities, deadlines, workload considerations and project-support needs
  • Confidence identifying gaps, clarifying ownership and moving work forward
  • Attention to detail balanced with an ability to understand more macro, broader business needs
  • Experience supporting project operations, resource management or internal delivery operations in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience maintaining high-quality data and translating it into useful reports, forecasts or planning insights
  • Experience coordinating contractors, freelancers or other flexible resources across multiple projects
  • Experience using Kantata or a comparable project and resource management platform
  • Experience adapting operational practices to varied, consultative or rapidly changing work environments, rather than applying a single standardized agency resourcing model
