About The Position

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Manager, Project Management BU Integration to play a key role in supporting the Deliver BUI strategy and performance. This role can be located at a Johnson & Johnson site within the United States (NJ, PA, CA, FL, TX, or Guaynabo, Puerto Rico), or internationally in Zug, Switzerland, or São Paulo, Brazil. This role is responsible for driving the execution of BUI strategic initiatives, review and performance management, strengthening business excellence capabilities through structured governance and PMO practices. Working closely within deliver organization, this position acts as a critical enabler to ensure initiatives are aligned, performance insights are actionable, and execution is connected to business priorities and financial outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related field
  • 5–7 years of experience in Strategy, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, or Project/Program Management
  • Experience managing cross-functional initiatives or projects
  • Exposure to performance management, analytics, or business operations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into insights
  • Solid understanding of financial concepts and ability to connect operational performance to financial impact
  • Experience with project/program management methodologies FPX (PMO mindset required)
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives and prioritize in a dynamic environment
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and Microsoft Office tools
  • Ability to work across functions and influence without direct authority

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in Supply Chain or Operations environment
  • Exposure to continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma)
  • Experience supporting strategic initiatives or transformation programs
  • Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain performance dashboards and KPIs to track progress, identify gaps, and enable data-driven decision-making for BUI segments.
  • Analyze performance trends and translate data into actionable insights, including operational and financial implications.
  • Support performance review cycles by consolidating, structuring, and synthesizing key metrics for leadership discussions.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and standardize process across the deliver BUI and regions.
  • Drive the execution and tracking of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with business priorities and timelines.
  • Manage initiative governance, including risk identification, dependency tracking, and escalation of issues.
  • Support prioritization of initiatives and ensure visibility of progress across stakeholders.
  • Enable structured portfolio management to ensure initiatives deliver expected outcomes.
  • Support governance forums, preparing materials, synthesizing insights, and ensuring follow-up on key decisions.
  • Act as a connector across functions within Deliver BUI to ensure alignment, execution, and performance.
  • Help maintain consistency and discipline in how initiatives and performance are managed across the organization.
  • Translate complex data and insights into clear, compelling narratives for leadership.
  • Support executive communications related to performance, initiatives, and strategic priorities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication of priorities.
