About The Position

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing DAS and Small Cell deployment programs as part of the Project Management Office (PMO). You will work closely with engineering, construction, and cross-functional teams to deliver complex, multi-site telecom infrastructure projects for key customers. This role will work from our Richardson, TX location.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field and 5+ years of relevant experience in telecom project or program management
- Experience with DAS (Distributed Antenna Systems) and Small Cell deployments
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a customer-facing role
- Strong knowledge of project management fundamentals, including scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder coordination
Nice To Haves
- Have a PMP certification
- Are familiar with IBwave and able to review/design project documentation
- Have experience using Microsoft Project for scheduling and reporting
- Bring experience from OEMs, wireless carriers/operators, or system integrators
- Have a background that combines technical engineering expertise with project management responsibilities

Responsibilities
- Managing multiple concurrent DAS and Small Cell projects/programs across various geographic locations
- Serving as the primary point of contact for customers, leading regular meetings and communications
- Coordinating cross-functional teams including engineering (design & field), construction, and internal stakeholders
- Driving project execution, including timelines, deliverables, and issue resolution
- Providing consistent project updates and reporting to customers and internal leadership
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with customer expectations
- Managing customer relationships and addressing technical or delivery challenges as they arise
