At ENGIE, we accelerate the energy transition by delivering renewable energy, battery storage, and flexible power projects across North America. We need driven leaders who bring structure, clarity, and accountability to complex project delivery. As Manager, Project Controls, you will lead and advance the Project Controls function within ENGIE North America’s project portfolio. You will manage and develop a team responsible for project cost, schedule, risk, change, forecasting, contingency, and performance reporting throughout the project lifecycle. In this role, you will partner closely with Project Delivery, Construction Management, Finance, Business Controls, Procurement, Engineering, and leadership to provide clear and timely visibility into project performance. You will help project teams identify emerging cost and schedule concerns, evaluate potential impacts, validate forecasts, and take action before issues affect project outcomes. This is an opportunity to strengthen and mature a growing Project Controls function. You will bring technical credibility to challenge assumptions, validate forecasts and project data, and drive more accurate, reliable outcomes—along with the leadership and change-management capability to improve processes, reporting, systems, and team performance. You will play a critical role in strengthening project controls governance, improving data quality, and advancing ENGIE’s project controls capabilities—enabling better decision-making across the portfolio. You’re stepping into a function that is actively evolving—and will play a key role in defining what “best-in-class” looks like at ENGIE.
