About The Position
Oversees project controls delivery across multiple projects or a defined program. Balances hands-on technical leadership with team oversight and client-facing delivery accountability.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration or related field.
- Ten or more years of related experience with 2 or more years of management experience required.
- Ability to contribute to the strategic direction of the assigned department or assigned practice area.
- Advanced project controls skills.
- Expert in client relations, client management and consulting.
- Highly organized with strong analytical skills.
- Expertise using cost and schedule management software.
- Experience within one or more of the following industries required: construction, life sciences, data centers, industrial or related technical field.
- Must possess exemplary communication skills – both oral and written.
Nice To Haves
- Master's degree preferred.
- Certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Oversee cost management across multiple projects.
- Act as escalation point for complex controls issues.
- Provide QA/QC review of forecasts, schedules, and reporting.
- Lead client meetings related to project controls.
- Manage and mentor Senior Project Controls staff.
- Support resourcing and staffing decisions.
- Coordinate and integrate all third-party plans and cost components into a comprehensive cost plan.
