About The Position

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Manager, Program Management (Vendor Operations). This role is pivotal in scaling large-scale third-party operations that support the growth of our partner's business. As the leader in this area, you will drive operational excellence through vendor partnerships, ensuring performance against SLAs, KPIs, and quality standards. You will create scalable, efficient workflows that not only meet but exceed business expectations. We are seeking a strategic and data-driven people manager who can effectively translate complex business needs into high-impact operational solutions in a collaborative environment.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of professional experience in Operations or Vendor Management.
  • 3+ years of experience directly managing a team of direct reports.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale third-party vendor operations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis (e.g., SQL, advanced Excel/GSheets, or BI tools).
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end performance of vendor operations, ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and quality metrics.
  • Develop and execute strategies to scale vendor capacity, headcount, and tools to meet the growing business needs.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor partners at the operational level, leading regular business reviews and critical escalations.
  • Identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement initiatives to maximize efficiency and quality.
  • Manage annual SOW renewals, track vendor budgets, and ensure effective resource utilization.
  • Translate internal needs into scalable vendor solutions and ensure alignment with cross-functional roadmaps.
  • Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Vendor Operations Managers, fostering a high-performing work environment.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to align vendor operations with product changes and policy updates.
  • Oversee internal Quality Assurance (QA) programs related to vendor output and drive corrective action plans.
  • Develop and maintain operational reports and dashboards, providing insights into vendor performance.
