This is a great opportunity to join the Global Patriot Product Line Team within the LADS (Land & Air Defense Systems) Sub-Business Unit as a Program Cost & Controls Manager (M4). In this role, you will be responsible for financial management of investments for the various product lines. This role is being offered in a hybrid capacity (remote and onsite) and will be based on the needs of the business. Onsite work is preferred at the Andover, MA location. Tucson, AZ, Huntsville, AL or McKinney, TX may also be considered.

Requirements

  • Typically requires Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Management or a related field & a minimum of 8 years of related work experience; OR an Advanced degree and 5 years of related work experience
  • Experience with data analysis, reporting and/or process improvement (i.e. Program Controls)
  • Experience with finance tools (Program costs, scheduling, tracking, and/or forecasting)
  • Experience with current Raytheon financial tools/systems: Achieving Process Excellence (APEX), Program Management Excellence (PMX) Tool Suite or similar systems
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Perform detailed financial analysis for capital projects including but not limited do weekly tracking of budget and schedule
  • Monitor cost & schedule to ensure Product Line teams to ensure projects remain on plan
  • Maintain accurate records for Budget and EAC tracking
  • Process approved Budget Change Requests (BCR) and ensures all changes are incorporated into control systems
  • Partner with Patriot Product Line, Cross Functional, and Program Leadership Teams
