This leader will own the delivery and success of complex client engagements, drive operational excellence, and coach consultants to deliver transformative outcomes that maximize customer value, adoption, and satisfaction. This isn’t your typical services role. We move fast, thrive in ambiguity, and are obsessed with delivering results. Requirements

  • 5+ years in Professional Services, Consulting, or Project Management, with at least 2 years managing high-performing delivery teams.
  • Deep understanding of agentic workflows and AI agent prompting, with experience designing or guiding the implementation of intelligent, task-oriented systems.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex SaaS or technology projects for mid-market to enterprise clients.
  • Exceptional prioritization, ownership mindset, and execution ability.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects, clients, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to operate at scale, be data-driven, and thrive in ambiguity.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with ClickUp (or similar work management software).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, SOW management, or services automation tools.
  • PMP, CSM, or similar project management certifications.
  • You’ve built or scaled Professional Services processes in a high-growth SaaS environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, inspire, and develop a team of Professional Services Consultants focused on onboarding, implementation, and solution delivery for mid-market to enterprise clients.
  • Drive accountability, execution, and a high-performance culture with clear KPIs, project delivery standards, and coaching frameworks.
  • Mentor consultants at all levels, from onboarding new hires to developing seasoned experts.
  • Create clarity in chaos: Navigate shifting priorities, complex client needs, and fast-changing project scopes with poise and urgency.
  • Become a product expert to effectively navigate complex customer requirements and recommend the best solutions.
  • Collaborate with the offshore team to deliver solutions for our in-region consultants.
  • Oversee the successful delivery of Professional Services engagements, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with exceptional quality.
  • Establish and promote best practices in enterprise engagements.
  • Own the full project lifecycle: scoping, planning, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
  • Ongoing Focus on ongoing value creation for clients to drive revenue retention and expansion, ensuring every engagement contributes to long-term customer success and business growth.
  • Ensure clients realize value quickly through tailored onboarding, configuration, training, and solution design.
  • Proactively identify and resolve project risks, blockers, and escalations to ensure client satisfaction and referenceability.
  • Use project health metrics, timelines, and client feedback to dynamically prioritize and manage engagements at scale.
  • Lead and participate in internal project reviews, client status calls, and executive business reviews (EBRs).
  • Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Solutions, and Product to deliver seamless client experiences and drive adoption.
  • Act as a voice of the client internally—surfacing feedback, blockers, and opportunities to inform product and services strategy.
