The ideal candidate brings a proven track record in the design and development of training programs; succession-planning frameworks; career-growth initiatives; special events; electronic and blended learning; recognition, coaching, and tuition-assistance programs. They also demonstrate expert skill in coaching diverse teams of professionals to elevate performance and practice.
