About The Position
Lead all production efforts and crews while striving for a zero incident culture. Ensuring a safe and clean work place. Enforce and hold team(s) accountable to safety, environmental and health standards and practices. Support employees training and development in the work. Through alignment of support build the success of the team through achieving business results.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in related area
- 7 years of experience
Responsibilities
- Strive for stable results, meeting or beating expectations.
- Ensure manning resources planning.
- Audit team(s) to standards and expectations.
- Partner with maintenance to achieve uptime results.
- Responsible for team's daily shift results.
- Adhere to and follow all Safety policies and standards.
- Safety of team - PPE use, adherence to policies and standards.
- Reporting of all process upsets or safety incidents.
- Follow up on incident reports.
- Hire and train to integrate new team members.
- Resolve conflicts between team members.
- Develops people well enough they grow while treating them good enough to stay.
- Track employee growth to prepare and implement individual team member evaluations.
- Collect and input daily KPI's from production teams daily reports.
- Track and record downtime and report any variances to Plant Manager.
