About The Position

The individual will be part of a team that oversees the product development for the Securities Finance Principal business unit. The team is responsible for creating and executing initiatives. The product development team works with all business partners to create new features and functionality to promote the growth/success of the business unit and Fidelity as a whole.

Requirements

Detail-oriented, analytical thinker with a sense of urgency and ownership when addressing critical business matters.
Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate and present complex requirements to a wide audience.
Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum 3 years financial services experience preferred.
Technical or Securities Finance background preferred.
Working with large dataset a plus.
Knowledge of SQL a plus.
Presentation skills a plus.

Responsibilities

Creating and executing initiatives.
Partnering with the business unit and technology to design innovative solutions that help grow the business and promote a stable product.
Developing/creating business requirements, including acting as a subject matter expert for technology during development lifecycle, performing user acceptance testing and supporting production releases.
Supporting the trading desk in a fast-paced environment, including troubleshooting issues and acting as a liaison with technology/business partners.
