The Product Marketing Manager will play a critical role on the Walmart+ Strategic Partnerships Marketing team, helping to lead marketing strategy and execution across high-impact Walmart+ member benefits. Reporting to the Director, this role will manage and own key initiatives including partner intellectual property (IP) management, asset routing and approvals, partner engagement, CRM and on-site placement briefs in coordination with Acquisition and Retention marketing leads, and paid media coordination with the Brand team. This role will specifically support key member benefits such as Video Streaming Choice with Paramount+ and Peacock, Burger King Savings, and additional evolving member benefits. The ideal candidate is a highly collaborative, proactive, and execution-oriented self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment. They bring strong product and membership marketing instincts, exceptional project management skills, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams and external partners.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product, partnership, or membership marketing, with a proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and managing external partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across paid and owned channels, as well as partner touchpoints.
  • Strong project management and operational skills, including experience managing IP/brand governance and asset approval workflows.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and sign-ups.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools and advanced analytics to inform decision-making, optimize marketing performance, improve workflows, and uncover actionable consumer insights.
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented self-starter with excellent stakeholder management, collaboration, and communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree or MBA.
  • Option 1: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Option 2: 4 years’ experience in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Director to develop and lead end-to-end product marketing strategy and roadmap development for Walmart+ member benefits, including key partnerships such as Peacock, Paramount+, and Burger King.
  • Proactively collaborate with external partners to secure and leverage high-impact IP that resonates with members and enhances Walmart+ relevance, driving measurable impact against core KPIs: awareness, benefit utilization, and membership sign-ups.
  • Partner closely with Brand, Acquisition, and Retention marketing leads to continuously optimize and refresh content across owned CRM (batch, onboarding, and triggered series), site and app placements (homepage, splash pages, etc.), and paid media.
  • Lead cross-functional alignment across Business, Product, Site Operations, Creative, Marketing, Media, Legal, and external benefit partners to deliver seamless, high-impact member experiences driving clarity, accountability, and execution across complex initiatives.

  • The annual salary range for this position is $96,000.00 - $186,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
