Reporting to the Senior Director of Product Marketing, this position is responsible for enterprise sales support and ERP integration messaging for the Trintech AI Platform and core financial close products. The role involves close collaboration with Product, Sales, Solution Consulting, and ERP/technology partners to develop technical positioning, competitive content, and sales tools essential for winning and expanding enterprise accounts.

  • Hands-on experience supporting enterprise sales teams on complex, long-cycle deals.
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and how finance applications integrate with them.
  • Ability to learn and explain technical concepts (APIs, data flows, system architecture) and translate them for both finance and IT audiences.
  • Experience building sales tools, battlecards, and competitive content.
  • Experience running enablement sessions for sellers and solution consultants.
  • Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize market, competitive, and field input into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience partnering with Product teams on launches.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.

  • Partner with Sales and Solution Consulting to understand deal dynamics, win/loss patterns, and technical questions arising in enterprise evaluations.
  • Support strategic deals and key accounts with tailored content as needed.
  • Develop and own the narrative for how Trintech solutions integrate with and complement customers' ERP environments (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Translate technical architecture, integration approaches, and data flows into clear content for finance, IT, and procurement audiences.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Solution Consulting to validate technical claims and maintain current integration content.
  • Build and maintain ERP-specific assets like integration one-pagers, technical FAQs, and customer-facing integration guides.
  • Partner with ERP and technology alliance partners on joint messaging, co-marketing, and field alignment.
  • Track competitor positioning, product moves, and messaging, particularly concerning enterprise and ERP-centric deals.
  • Build and maintain battlecards and displacement content.
  • Synthesize field feedback, market research, and win/loss insights into recommendations for product messaging and go-to-market decisions.
  • Partner with Product and the Launch Office to bring new releases and capabilities to market, focusing on the technical and enterprise sales story.
