We are seeking a Manager to join our Servicer Integration team within the Personal Loans business. In this role, you will be a key contributor to the execution of our integration, assisting in the migration of Personal Loans servicing from legacy DFS/Finacle systems to a third-party platform. You will partner closely with engineering teams, business analysts, and vendor counterparts to ensure servicing integrations are built and performing accurately. This role offers the opportunity to drive operational results, influence cross-functional processes, and develop your leadership skills in a high-impact, transformative environment.

Requirements

  • Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: A Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field), Business or Marketing OR Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 3 years of Product Management experience

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s Degree (MBA, MS in Information Systems/Data Science).
  • 7+ years of experience in process, project, or program management.
  • 2+ years of operations or servicing-specific experience.
  • Experience with regulatory compliance frameworks (e.g., FCRA, SCRA, AML/KYC).
  • PMP, Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma certification.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in driving phases of the integration lifecycle, including business rule documentation, servicer integration requirements, and support the design of back-office processes.
  • Partner with the team to perform rigorous operational validation, ensuring that new processes / system integrations function as intended before and during cutover windows.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) logs, process maps, and control frameworks to ensure full audit-readiness.
  • Partner with Product, Technology, Risk, Legal, and Compliance teams to execute integration tasks and address roadblocks that arise during the conversion process.
  • Create transparency across the workstream by maintaining status trackers, preparing reporting materials, and highlighting vendor performance metrics for project leadership.
  • Support the triage of integration issues, escalating blockers to senior leadership while ensuring day-to-day tasks remain on track to meet aggressive delivery milestones.
  • Proven ability to guide and develop a team of associates, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing competing priorities with a focus on impact.
  • Strong organizational skills; capable of managing detailed tasks and workflows while maintaining a view of the broader program roadmap.
  • Effective communicator—ability to translate technical integration requirements into clear instructions and updates for diverse stakeholders.
  • Challenges the status quo and identifies process improvements to enhance team velocity and integration outcomes.
