As a Manager of Product Management, you will split your time between leading a small team of product managers and directly owning a key digital product within our Loyalty team within the Customer Retention Value Stream. You will focus on strengthening guest relationships and increasing the value of our loyalty platform. Success will be measured by growth in member count, loyalty-driven sales, and overall customer lifetime value. The Manager will be responsible for developing talent while remaining actively involved in product execution. You will coach and support a small team of product managers, helping them grow their skills and drive impact, while still owning and delivering outcomes for your own product area. You will define and deliver roadmaps, use data to drive prioritization, write epics and user stories, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch scalable, guest-centric solutions.
