About the Role We are seeking a Product Manager to define the future of how agents interact with documents, with a focus on intelligent, efficient, and discovery-driven experiences. As part of the team responsible for the ingestion, management, and access of customer documents, you will lead a tech team in reimagining document viewing to empower agents with smarter tools and insights. You will work to deeply understand agent workflows and identify pain points across document-related interactions, turning these into practical, high-impact solutions that reduce servicing effort and improve the agent experience. This is a highly collaborative role where you will work alongside engineers, designers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to deliver a document intelligence platform that highlights the important information for agents when working a case, reduces friction in servicing workflows, and enables proactive document insights.
