We are seeking a Document Management Specialist to join our Project Document & Data Management (PDDM) team. This position operates under general supervision and plays a key role in supporting routine document control and data management activities within a collaborative team environment. The successful candidate will provide both technical and administrative support across various PDDM workfaces including, but not limited to, In-House Engineering, Supplier Data, Work Packages, Contracts, Reporting, and Client Original Documentation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, as this role interfaces with clients, engineering subcontractors, internal teams, and field personnel.
