Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: A Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field), Business or Marketing OR Bachelor's degree in any field and 3 years of Product Management experience

Responsibilities

Direct the product lifecycle for surveillance tools monitoring email, chat (Bloomberg, Slack, Teams), and voice, ensuring robust detection of market abuse and conduct risk.
Act as the primary technical lead for high-stakes presentations to external legal counsel and regulatory bodies, articulating product logic and defensibility with absolute professionalism.
Own the creation of exhaustive functional specifications, logic workflows, and "BRDs" that translate nuanced compliance requirements into clear engineering blueprints.
Demonstrate elite organizational skills by managing complex roadmaps, competing stakeholder priorities, and rigorous audit trails without missing a beat.
Partner with internal legal and risk teams to anticipate shifting global regulations, ensuring our surveillance engine remains ahead of the curve.
