The Manager, Procurement leads a team of buyers and oversees procurement operations to ensure the effective, compliant, and efficient execution of procure-to-pay activities for goods and services across ACS. This role provides leadership in staffing, training, coaching, and developing the procurement team; assigning and balancing work; monitoring performance; and driving accountability for service, quality and results. The Manager partners cross-functionally to optimize procurement processes, improve transactional and operational efficiency, reduce costs, and support the adoption of policies, systems, and ways of working. In addition, this role plays a key part in translating organization priorities into procurement practices by implementing organizational strategy across procurement activities, ensuring alignment, consistency, and execution that support enterprise goals. This is a remote position that can be home-based anywhere within the United States.
