About The Position

The Manager, Procurement leads the development and execution of strategic sourcing and supplier management initiatives to support business objectives. This role involves analyzing financial and category data, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and managing supplier performance to mitigate risks. The position requires collaboration with stakeholders to implement continuous improvements and ensure compliance with company policies. The successful candidate will apply expertise in negotiation, contract management, and project oversight to drive value and operational excellence while fostering strong partnerships that align with organizational goals. Our team manages Walmart’s global sourcing for Store Fixtures, focusing on strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, and contract analysis to support business goals. Collaborating across functions, the team identifies cost-saving opportunities, monitors supplier performance, and ensures compliance with company standards. Members apply data-driven insights and problem-solving skills to enhance procurement processes. Requirements

  • Proven expertise in procurement with strong vendor relationship and supplier performance management skills.
  • Demonstrated financial acumen, including the ability to analyze business and financial data to support decision-making.
  • Experience in category strategy development, risk mitigation, and contract management within procurement functions.
  • Proficiency in negotiation and stakeholder management to influence and drive business outcomes.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on continuous improvement and data quality.
  • Effective communication skills to present complex information and collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Competence in project management and leveraging digital tools to enhance procurement processes.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, economics, technology, or related field and 2 years' experience in procurement strategy, contract management, analytics, or related field.
  • 4 years’ experience in procurement strategy, contract management, analytics, or related field.
