The Role: The Manager, Procurement Service Enablement, is responsible for improving enterprise adoption of procurement processes to improve procurement governance across Cox Enterprises (CEI). This role serves as a key operational leader and business partner, focused on simplifying the buying experience, reducing barriers to compliance, and increasing spend routed through approved procurement channels. This position operates as an individual contributor with enterprise-wide influence, partnering across functional areas including Brand Marketing, Communications, IT, Facilities, Procurement, Finance, and Accounts Payable to drive process adoption, improve service delivery, and enhance procurement effectiveness. The role combines process design, operational leadership, analytics, and digital enablement to improve procurement outcomes without relying solely on policy enforcement.
