About The Position

The Manager, Pro Experience owns and delivers defined business outcomes supporting Pro growth strategy. This role translates priorities into measurable results by designing, executing, and scaling initiatives that drive adoption, engagement, and value. They define success metrics, drive cross-functional execution, and continuously optimize performance using data and field feedback. They operate as a decision leader, making high-quality decisions from imperfect & ambiguous data, clearly framing tradeoffs in assumptions and solutions, while providing actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders. Success requires strong enterprise influence without direct authority. This role aligns partners across Merchandising, Store and Sales Operations, Finance, and other teams to drive results. They navigate competing priorities, surface risks, and ensure alignment converts into action. This Manager contributes to a high-performing team environment by setting clear expectations, enforcing accountability, and developing talent through ownership and feedback. They establish repeatable operating mechanisms that scale initiatives and sustain impact.

Requirements

  • Must be eighteen years of age or older.

  • Demonstrated experience owning and delivering against business outcomes and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Proven ability to make sound decisions in ambiguous, fast-paced environments

  • Partner cross-functionally with organizational teams, internal and external clients, management and others in driving change within Home Depot
  • Prioritizes team issues and brainstorm/develop solutions and recommendations by leading or working within a diverse cross-functional team (store leaders and associates, merchants, internal and external teams, vendors, etc.
  • Responsible for the assessment and selection of talent, builds effective teams, develops others through coaching feedback and guidance, aligns goals, and creates a positive culture through driving engagement
  • Responsible for individual or team to drive the creation and implementation of new initiatives using diverse problem-solving methodologies; May work on small to medium initiative-specific projects within workstreams; Effectively communicates projects and recommendations through accurate documents and presentations; Has the ability to present and deliver to a wide variety of stakeholder including executive leaders and sponsors
