About The Position

Driven by growth and ambitious targets, the Pricing & Operations Strategy team is seeking a Manager focused on tactical execution, business partnering support, and financial modeling. This role will support with protecting gross margins, accelerate sales cycles, and deliver analytical support across the organization to unlock high-impact revenue and margin initiatives. This high-impact, highly visible role offers exposure to leadership across the entire organization. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field required.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience (FP&A, Financial Analysis, Corporate Finance, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, P&L mechanics, and forecasting processes.
  • Experience with financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting.
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience working with large datasets.
  • Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights for business leaders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and ability to connect drivers to outcomes.
  • Experience supporting cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience working in a fast paced, high growth environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with SQL, PowerPivot, PowerQuery or other data querying tools preferred.
  • Relevant financial experience, particularly in cost-to-serve, revenue, and activations.
  • Strong cross-functional experiences across multiple stakeholders and leadership levels
  • Advanced Excel skills with experience using PowerPivot, PowerQuery, and shortcuts

Responsibilities

  • Own, update, and refine cost-to-serve models to ensure pricing accuracy and unit-economic margin protection.
  • Support cross-functional teams on deal desk inquiries, retention strategies, capacity insights, and other initiatives.
  • Manage monthly and quarterly close activities and regular cadence deliverables.
  • Provide support to scale Gia and Contractor lines of business.
  • Deliver high-quality analytical support as needed.
