Manager, Practice Management - On Site
About The Position
The Manager, Practice Management is responsible for strategic planning, management, development, and operational performance of multi-disciplinary outpatient satellite practices. This role provides leadership to multiple sites in partnership to provide quality patient care in a safe, cost-effective, patient-focused environment. The Manager collaborates with physicians, other health care disciplines, and managed care organizations to assure optimal patient care, and manages, directs, and oversees all administrative and clinical operations and staff.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3-5 years of experience
- Experience to include working in a medical/hospital setting with physicians and high-level executives for strategic planning, operations and problem solving
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage administrative and clinical staff across multiple outpatient practice locations
- Oversee recruitment, hiring, training, performance management, and staff development
- Ensure appropriate staffing levels and manage scheduling across all sites
- Partner with clinical leadership to evaluate and improve patient flow and care delivery
- Collaborate with physicians and cross-functional teams to implement process improvements
- Develop and maintain patient care protocols in alignment with leadership and compliance standards
- Optimize physician scheduling to improve efficiency and productivity
- Ensure adherence to regulatory standards including OSHA/CLIA/COLA
- Assist in developing and managing operational budgets, monitoring financial performance
- Maintain reports and collect key data for operational, financial, and regulatory purposes
