Position Overview Build and manage an engineering team focused on providing advanced power system modeling services related to Inverter Based Resources (IBRs) and Large Loads (data centers) to utilities, regional transmission operators, independent system operators, generator owners, generator operators, and other customers. The position requires advanced power system modeling skills, established people management skills, a balance of technical knowledge, collaboration with growth and impact, and the facilitation of communications with the engineering staff supporting model validation, model verification, power flow studies, fault studies, ride-through studies, and North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) compliance simulations.
