About The Position

As a Manager Power Platform within the Digital Solutions practice, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and timely delivery of developed applications using Microsoft Power Platform components. These tools address process opportunities that clients cannot fulfill with their internal teams. You will work alongside a collaborative team of creative thinkers and problem-solvers, gaining hands-on experience, tackling meaningful challenges, and growing your skills in an environment where your voice is valued and your development is a priority.

Requirements

Completion of a College’s Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree and/or MBA degree, or equivalent
Effective Time Management and organization skills
Proven track record of successful program/project execution
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams and influence across organizational boundaries
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills
Sound problem-solving and analytical skills
Knowledge of Microsoft tools including M365 Copilot, Agent Builder, Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Power Pages and Power Apps
Passion for the IT and the Software world
Motivation, willingness to innovate, good communication skills (written and spoken) and a taste for teamwork

Responsibilities

Manage the delivery of Modern Work and Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Power Pages and M365 Copilot / Agent Builder.
Lead a team of technology consultants and analysts.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
Support proposal development activities with content and estimations.
Align Power Platform initiatives with business goals and strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Oversee invoicing processes to ensure timely and accurate billing.
Manage resource allocation effectively, ensuring optimal productivity and efficiency.
Drive business development efforts, identifying new opportunities and fostering relationships with clients and partners.
Demonstrate a firm understanding of Power Platforms.
Develop a thorough understanding of MNP’s services, businesses, and industry through experiential learning with clients.
Network and take a leadership role in the local professional, business, and community while raising awareness of MNP and looking for new business development opportunities.
Contribute to the development of new ideas and approaches to improve work processes while effectively using MNP internal programs and systems.
Develop, coach, and train team members towards professional and personal development.
