Relationships Australia South Australia (RASA) is a not-for-profit, secular, community organisation, helping people to overcome difficulties and bring about positive change in their lives. We offer services for families, couples and individuals of all ages, backgrounds and abilities. As Manager, Post Separation Services North and West, you will lead a dedicated team delivering high quality, trauma informed services that support children, young people and families navigating separation, conflict and complex family circumstances across RASA’s North and West regions. You will lead services that respond to family, domestic and sexual violence, trauma, risk and cumulative disadvantage, ensuring families can access inclusive, culturally responsive and integrated support. Working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders including courts, schools, child protection and community services, you will help shape collaborative responses for families with complex needs. This role offers the opportunity to combine strategic leadership with hands on practice, workforce development and sector engagement. You will contribute to service innovation, organisational development and community outcomes, while supporting a passionate team in a collaborative and values driven environment. This is an opportunity to make a genuine impact in communities experiencing significant social disadvantage, while leading programs that prioritise child safety, wellbeing and positive family outcomes. You will play a key role in strengthening evidence informed practice, supporting workforce capability and driving continuous improvement across a diverse portfolio of post separation services.
