As a Policy Scanning and Requirements Manager within PG&E’s Electric Compliance organization, you will lead the development and execution of regulatory strategy, policy advocacy, and compliance management across complex electric operations and safety domains. You will oversee regulatory filings, testimony, and audits that shape the company’s obligations before the FERC, CPUC, OEIS, and other state and federal agencies, while conducting horizon scanning to identify emerging legislation, policy shifts, and regulatory trends that may impact electric operations and compliance strategies. This leader will be responsible for preparing data to support regulatory proceedings and will publish articles and present at industry conferences. This role provides strategic oversight, ensuring compliance programs strengthen PG&E’s commitments to safety, reliability, and wildfire risk reduction. The Manager serves as a trusted advisor to leadership, leads and mentors a team, and drives cross-functional collaboration between Compliance, Operations, Engineering, and Law to align regulatory priorities with enterprise goals.
