SAIC is seeking an experienced Requirements Manager to evaluate and translate the customer’s mission needs into requirements for the IT development team. In this role, the candidate will support the development of technical tools and systems for the National Counterintelligence and Security Center by engaging with various stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand the customer’s vision and goals; analyzing and documenting the requirements and technical tasks required to meet the overall objective; collaborating with the IT development team; and tracking progress against set milestones. The ideal candidate is proactive and customer-focused, with an ability to translate and articulate detailed technical requirements to the development teams while conveying broader objectives and impacts to the mission customers. The candidate should have previous experience analyzing and translating customer IT requirements, and documenting and tracking tasks within JIRA using Agile methodology; and be able to coordinate and effectively communicate with customer staff and leadership.
