About The Position

The Manager - Player Development fosters an environment that embodies Bally’s Born to Entertain philosophy by creating a fun-filled and entertaining atmosphere. This role enthusiastically promotes Bally’s customer-centric culture by providing superior guest service and building long-lasting guest relationships. The manager will establish, implement, and enforce policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory requirements, Company initiatives, and organizational goals. This position provides direct supervision and leadership to Casino Hosts and Executive Casino Hosts, including coaching, development, performance management, and day-to-day operational guidance. The Manager will select, train, develop, and mentor Player Development team members through education, coaching, ongoing feedback, and corrective action when appropriate. Clear expectations will be set for Casino Hosts and Executive Casino Hosts, and performance will be monitored to ensure alignment with Player Development objectives and Bally’s service standards. The role oversees the overall execution of Player Development initiatives and strategies, develops and implements strategies to increase player club membership, guest loyalty, and casino revenue, and supports Slot and Table Games marketing initiatives. The Manager will develop, coordinate, and implement player special events, oversee host engagement with players to support relationship development, retention, and revenue-driving opportunities, and ensure all guest problems and concerns are addressed appropriately, with a focus on exceeding guest expectations and achieving effective resolutions. The Manager will attend special events presented by the casino and provide leadership support for Player Development activities, collaborate with other casino departments to support Player Development and overall property initiatives, and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Must be able to work effectively in high-volume and occasionally stressful situations while maintaining a professional and guest-focused approach.
Regularly required to stand, walk, see, talk, and hear.
Frequently required to use hands to handle or feel objects and reach with hands and arms.
Occasionally required to sit, stoop, bend, or crouch.
Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.

Set clear expectations for Casino Hosts and Executive Casino Hosts and monitor performance to ensure alignment with Player Development objectives and Bally’s service standards.
