Manager – Plant Performance and Operational Excellence
About The Position
Atmus is seeking a talented and highly experienced Manager – Plant Performance and Operational Excellence for Atmus Filtration Technologies. This position is located in Cookeville, TN, and is an onsite role with less than 10% travel. Relocation assistance may be provided to qualifying US-based candidates. This role is a career developmental opportunity for future senior roles within Atmus’ global supply chain, including plant manager succession and other high-level operations or logistics roles. The position supports and provides manufacturing leadership for a small/medium-sized plant in Cookeville, TN.
Requirements
- 10+ years of managerial experience in plant operations and lean excellence.
- Well versed in manufacturing operations including operations, maintenance, planning and supply chain, warehousing, Lean and cost management.
- Strong business acumen.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the plant manager in the performance of the plant in Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost.
- Driving change within the team.
