ST Engineering is a renowned provider of aircraft maintenance and modification (AMM) services for commercial airlines and air freight operators, located at the Pensacola International Airport.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in training, education and/or experience.
2 years commercial maintenance planning experience required.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the ST Engineering – Pensacola Aerospace Planning Department.
Assist and provide guidance to subordinates in proper procedures, methods and practices in their respective duties within Planning.
Oversee all Planning activities to ensure that both Pensacola Aerospace and customers’ interests are met & maintained.
Monitor and control over time, oversee the administration with regards to attendance and over time. Provide disciplinary action as required.
Provide evaluations to direct reports & assist in career progression & development of subordinates.
Assist in the formulation and recommendation of policies and procedures dealing with proper planning functions.
Oversee the issuance of appropriate job orders to various sections to facilitate commencement of jobs, purchase of materials and the recording of manhours.
Provide oversight on the administration of contracts, which Pensacola Aerospace has entered into with customers, on matters relating to the interpretation of work contents, negotiation on Over and Above (O&A) works, pricing and budgeting of man-hours, estimation and the upkeep of statistics.
Oversee completion of aircraft bids; maintain data to assist in the submission of aircraft maintenance bids when required.
Accomplish any other assignment as directed by the Senior Manager Planning.
