Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5–8 years of relevant experience, ideally within a multi-family office, family office, or related professional services environment.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting, cash management, investment reporting, and financial operations across complex entity structures.
  • Familiarity with trusts, estates, foundations, and partnerships, including related tax and reporting considerations.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and relationship management skills.
  • A high level of professionalism, discretion, and commitment to exceptional client service.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Lead onboarding for new client relationships and establish reporting, accounting, and operational processes.
  • Oversee accounting, cash management, payroll, and financial administration for individuals, trusts, partnerships, foundations, and related entities.
  • Review financial reports, reconciliations, and year-end reporting to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and a high standard of client service.
  • Support a range of family office activities, including gifting, charitable giving, and special financial projects.
  • Oversee bill pay, disbursements, and related controls to ensure accurate and timely processing.
  • Review reconciliations, resolve exceptions, and provide reporting to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Serve as a trusted day-to-day contact for clients and coordinate seamlessly with wealth managers, tax preparers, attorneys, and other advisors.
  • Prepare client-ready materials, participate in meetings, and respond thoughtfully to requests across multiple relationships.
  • Support to tax, estate, and planning-related initiatives while supporting ad hoc analyses and special projects.
  • Coach and develop team members while helping drive quality, consistency, and timely execution across deliverables.
  • Support a collaborative, service-oriented culture grounded in accountability, discretion, and operational excellence.
