About The Position
Manager Performance Insights & Analysis is responsible for leading and managing the Performance Insight & Analytics team within the Enterprise Revenue Cycle department. This role focuses on providing data-driven insights to improve performance and outcomes. Advocate Health is a large, integrated health system committed to clinical innovation, patient outcomes, and value-based care.
Requirements
- Experience in performance insights and analysis.
- Experience in managing a team.
- Familiarity with Enterprise Revenue Cycle operations.
- Understanding of health system operations and data analysis.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Performance Insight & Analytics team.
- Provide data-driven insights to improve performance and outcomes within the Enterprise Revenue Cycle.
