Job Overview: The Manager, People Solutions Center (PSC) is responsible for leading all daily operations of LPL’s centralized people support center. This role oversees team performance, service delivery, and operational execution while ensuring a high‑quality experience for employees and internal partners. The leader will drive continuous improvement, partner closely across the People Team and business, and serve as the primary escalation point for complex or sensitive matters. This position plays a critical role in executing firmwide people processes, including serving as the main lead for severance and termination related processes and projects. The role also manages the team’s process manual, HR mail and garnishments, supports annual HR initiatives to ensure the PSC is prepared to support and acts as a subject matter expert for HR policy and process across the firm.
