As a Technology Solution Center Consultant within PNC's TSC ADMINISTRATION organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Strongsville, OH. This role will provide program level support under Branch Unification, to serve as a workstream lead to maintain standards and infrastructure expertise. Position will require organization, ability to work cross-functionally and think strategically, and technical skills to maintain healthy branch infrastructure and coordinate infrastructure uplifts with other workstream leads. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively. Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong documentation skills Leadership - Pulls team together and ensures issues are managed Displays leadership skills by acting team role model to peers Understands and promote team/organization vision Spatial Planning & Layout Optimization: Creating efficient, engaging floor plans that maximize product exposure and improve customer flow. A Retail Branch Configuration Designer requires a mix of spatial planning, technical design proficiency, and retail strategy to optimize store layouts and customer experience. Key skills include CAD/3D modeling (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit), visual merchandising expertise, project management, and strong communication to align store design with brand standards. Data Analysis: Using retail analytics to inform design decisions and improve store performance. Attention to Detail: Ensuring precise measurements and compliance with standards. Responsibilities

  • Leads in supporting complex problem resolution for technology products and applications.
  • Specializes in tools and utilities to provide remote/onsite technical support services on end user software and hardware.
  • Responsible for complex business process analysis projects and related assignments for the management team to include research, presentation and resolution of problems and recommendations for improvements.
  • Proactively identifies technology gaps and process improvement opportunities.
  • Engages and works with vendors for technology implementations and resolving issues.
  • Maintains and upgrades network systems for specific requirements, as needed.
  • Executes change requests to implement and refresh technology.
  • Resolves complex incidents and fulfills requests in accordance with knowledge documentation.
  • Collaborates and builds strong relationships with other technology groups to execute projects or product deployments.
  • Serves as a lead for junior team members and leading knowledge sharing initiatives.
  • Escalates technology issues and recommends solutions to senior market executives.
  • Customer Focused - Knowledgeable of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and able to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions.
  • Managing Risk - Assessing and effectively managing all of the risks associated with their business objectives and activities to ensure they adhere to and support PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
