About The Position

Riveron is looking for an Associate Solution Consultant focused on OneStream to join our Technology and Innovation practice. The Associate Solution Consultant will work side-by-side with our financial/technical project team members in executing client projects ranging from OneStream implementations or optimizations to integrations, and technical support. The successful candidate must demonstrate a proven implementation background and the willingness to assist in OneStream practice development. Who You Are: Ability to craft and deliver verbal, written, and oral messages and make recommendations to a variety of audiences, including client leadership and internal teams Ability to develop, grow, and sustain client relationships Ability to effectively operate independently or in a team environment Ability to manage your time meeting project deliverables and completing multiple tasks on time with specific requirements Ability to work in ever-changing, dynamic environments An entrepreneurial spirit and a solution-oriented mindset Desire to get involved in the Riveron culture and internal initiatives, including community service, training, interviewing, intramurals, and other social/networking activities Experience with OneStream MarketPlace solutions a plus Experience with VB.net, Visual Basic or C#, and business rule writing a plus OneStream certification a plus OneStream online training course completion Technical skillset including VB.Net, C#or SQL knowledge What You'll Do: Collaborate with project team members to develop effective OneStream solutions Develop customized technical solutions with the OneStream platform Effectively configure and customize client OneStream environments to develop proof of concepts and present sustainable solutions to client executives and key stakeholders Apply best practices while building custom solutions for specific client requirements Conduct internal testing to validate custom-designed solutions and effectively perform user acceptance testing on client OneStream environments Provide general customer service and assistance to clients Assist in training end-users on specific processes and application About Riveron: At Riveron, we partner with clients—from global multinationals to high-growth private entities—to solve complex finance challenges, guided by our DELTA values: Drive, Excellence, Leadership, Teamwork, and Accountability.
