For additional information, visit www.ironmarkusa.com As a key member of the Ironmark sales team, the Solutions Consultant will partner closely with the Enterprise sales team and help prospects understand, evaluate and realize the value of the Ignition.AI platform (e.g., Ignition.AI transforms how multi-location businesses measure and optimize their marketing). In addition, the Solution Consultant will ensure a seamless transition from pre-sales through implementation. This role sits at the intersection of sales, product, and delivery – combining technical expertise with strong business acumen to drive revenue and accelerate deal cycles. The Solutions Consultant will play a critical role not only in shaping the solution and delivering impactful demos during the sales process, but also in ensuring what is sold is implemented effectively and delivers on customers’ expectations.

Requirements

  • 3-7+ years in a Solutions Consultant, Sales Engineer, Implementation Consultant or similar customer facing technical role
  • Experience spanning both pre-sales and post-sales
  • Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value
  • Proven ability to manage customer expectations from solution design through delivery
  • Experience supporting enterprise sales cycles
  • Strong consultative sales and presentation skills (face-to-face and via video conference) across technical and executive audiences
  • Familiarity with SaaS platforms, APIs and integrations
  • Proven ability to build credibility and manage expectations across technical and business decision makers
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced, quota-carrying or revenue-aligned environment
  • Highly organized with strong time management and prioritization abilities
  • Knowledge of integrated marketing - digital and physical
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills including integrity and professional etiquette

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in healthcare, financial, franchise, insurance and/or manufacturing industries
  • Background in pre-sales, consulting or implementation
  • Experience using Hubspot or similar CRM platforms
  • Working knowledge of AI-driven tools

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Enterprise sellers to support the full sales cycle, from discovery through close
  • Lead technical discovery conversations to uncover prospect pain points, gather requirements and document success criteria
  • Design and present tailored product demonstrations that clearly map to business outcomes
  • Define solution scope and success criteria that carry through to implementation
  • Develop use cases and proof of concepts (POCs) as needed
  • Enable the sales team with technical insights, messaging and best practices
  • Act as a trusted advisor to prospects, addressing technical objections and aligning solutions to their goals
  • Partner with the implementation and delivery teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to delivery
  • Stay engaged post-sale to ensure solutions are implemented as designed and aligned with customer expectations
  • Help resolve gaps between scoped solutions and real-world implementation challenges
  • Support key customer milestones, including kickoff, go-live and early adoption
  • Collaborate with Product and Technical teams to relay customer feedback and influence roadmap priorities
  • Support RFP/RFI responses and technical documentation during procurement processes
  • Maintain deep expertise in the product, industry trends, and the competitive landscape
