The opportunity We are seeking a Manager to join our Workforce Advisory – ERP Change and Transformation practice, with a strong focus on SAP-enabled transformations. In this role, you will lead and shape change strategies that help organizations successfully deliver large-scale ERP programs, enabling adoption, workforce readiness, and sustainable business outcomes. As a Manager, you will play a critical role in leading end-to-end change workstreams within complex SAP programs, advising senior client stakeholders, and managing project teams. You will bring deep expertise in ERP change management, organizational readiness, and SAP transformation programs, while contributing to the growth of our practice and the development of our people. Our multidisciplinary team supports organizations as they modernize systems, transform processes, and prepare their workforce for digital change. We combine strategic insight, practical delivery, and strong collaboration to help clients realize value from their ERP investments.
