About The Position

Radiology Partners is a leading radiology practice in the U.S., serving hospitals and healthcare facilities nationwide. As a physician-led and physician-owned practice, our mission is to transform radiology by innovating across clinical value, technology, service, and economics, while elevating the role of radiology and radiologists in healthcare. This role supports strategic initiatives through quantitative and qualitative analyses, develops frameworks, and manages key payor contracting initiatives. The position involves monitoring performance by developing KPIs, dashboards, and leadership presentations, while identifying revenue opportunities and challenges. It also drives cross-functional collaboration with Analytics, Revenue Cycle Management, and Finance to develop analyses and models supporting payor contracting strategies. The role requires presenting insights and industry trends by translating complex analyses into actionable recommendations for senior leadership and monitoring evolving payor and demographic trends. Strong analytical and leadership skills are essential, including problem-solving, project management, communication, Microsoft Office proficiency, collaboration, and independent decision-making while managing competing priorities and deadlines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Experience in healthcare operations, payor contracting, contract administration, project management, or process improvement.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and process improvement skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and collaboration tools.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, manage competing priorities, analyze performance data, and maintain confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field preferred.
  • PMP or similar project management/process improvement certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses, develop frameworks, and manage key payor contracting initiatives.
  • Develop KPIs, dashboards, and leadership presentations while identifying revenue opportunities and challenges.
  • Partner with Analytics, Revenue Cycle Management, and Finance to develop analyses and models supporting payor contracting strategies.
  • Translate complex analyses into actionable recommendations for senior leadership and monitor evolving payor and demographic trends.
  • Apply strong problem-solving, project management, communication, Microsoft Office, collaboration, and independent decision-making skills while managing competing priorities and deadlines.
