As the Manager of Payment Sales, you'll lead a dynamic team of Account Managers dedicated to driving payment volume and customer retention for Mindbody's payment solutions.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of leadership experience managing high-performing sales or account management teams in payment processing, fintech, or SaaS environments
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals with a strategic, results-oriented approach
  • Advanced skills in sales performance analysis and data-driven decision-making
  • Proficiency with sales tools including Salesforce, Sales Loft, Gong, and advanced reporting dashboards
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and inspire across diverse stakeholder groups
  • Talent for developing team members and creating growth-oriented environments
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, customer-facing roles
  • Strong organizational skills with the flexibility to manage complex, dynamic priorities

Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a high-performing account management team, transforming individual potential into collective success
