About The Position

Join our Team as a Manager Patient Access. Are you a collaborative leader who is passionate about improving healthcare access and delivering exceptional patient experiences? We’re looking for a compassionate, caring, and dedicated Manager Patient Access to join our team and help us continue our tradition of excellence. In this role, you’ll provide strategic planning and day-to-day leadership for Patient Access within Healthcare Resource Solutions. You’ll guide and support staff in a team-oriented environment while driving operational improvements across the revenue cycle. As a key ambassador of HRS, Deaconess, Deaconess Henderson, and The Women’s Hospital, you’ll help foster a culture rooted in courtesy, respect, empathy, dignity, and optimism.

Requirements

  • College degree is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Minimum of three years of leadership experience is preferred.
  • Knowledge of the healthcare revenue cycle is preferred.
  • Understanding of insurance is desired.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee Patient Access operations, ensuring efficient daily workflow and service excellence.
  • Provide supervision, guidance, and support to staff in a positive, team-oriented environment.
  • Develop and implement process improvements across Patient Access and the broader revenue cycle.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable State and Federal regulations, as well as hospital policies and procedures.
  • Promote a culture of exceptional patient service and organizational values across all teams.
